POP n Décor is associated with Certified Interior Decorator International, a professional membership association who is recognized worldwide.  We offer a variety of residential and commercial related interior décor services. Each project is unique. Whether you desire a simple hourly décor consultation or an on-going one year project, we look forward to any challenges that project may present. Décor services are packaged according to your needs, so you have options to fit your timing and budget. We are here to create a functional and attractive environment that is beneficial to your quality of life. Some of our services (but not all) are listed below:

Initial Complimentary 1 Hour Consultation:

All décor services start with a consultation. It can be a simple one hour consultation for on the spot recommendations, or the start of a larger project. For larger projects, it is a chance for the interior décorist to meet with you to determine the scope of the project, review your décor goals, and discuss your timing and budget requirements. Please try to prepare a list of questions that you may have in order to maximize your consultation.

Packaged Décor Services:

Interior décor services are packaged according to your needs, whether it is Décor Setup, Color & Finish Consulting, Event Décor, Home Furnishings & Material Selection, Kid-Friendly Décor, Project Management, Sustainable Décor, a complete renovation or new construction. After the initial complimentary consultation, POP n Décor will analyze your needs and recommend several décor service packages to choose from that suits your budget and timing requirements. This means that every dollar spent on a project is tallied up at the end and POP n Décor receives a 20% percentage. A budget is established from the start and payments are made based on the estimated total budget and then by the end of the project, the total expenditures are added up to be sure POP n Décor has received the agreed upon percentage. If the client wishes for a turn-key level of service where their only job is to approve and pay for the interior décor project, this is the type of plan they will be looking at.

Client Options: 

 

1. Flat fee rate: Blocks of hours at $100 per hour (minimum of 4 hour)

This includes all meetings, telephone calls, emails, shopping, interior décor designing/drafting, buying, installations and logistics.

2. Hourly rate: $125 per hour

This includes all meetings, telephone calls, emails, shopping, interior décor designing/drafting, buying, installations and logistics.

3. Daily Rate: $695 

This includes all meetings, telephone calls, emails, shopping, interior décor designing/drafting, buying, installations and logistics within an 8 hour business work day.

4. Purchasing Services:

Part of the décor process can include procurement. This service can be a separate or an integral part of a décor package. POP n Décor has access to a wide array of products from wholesale vendors. Our prices are very competitive. Prices are to be determined.

How long does the typical project take?

A typical single room project takes about 2 weeks from start to finish (excluding ordering and delivering furniture). For each additional room, you’ll receive 3-7 more days of décor time.

Where do you source products from?

We source products from all across the world. We do not use “preferred” vendors but source products from many different vendors that suits your tastes, needs, and budget.

Can décorists work with my existing furniture?

Absolutely! You’ll be able to provide photos or show us the pieces of the furniture you want to keep so that décorists can incorporate it into the décor.

Will décorists stay within my budget?

Yes! Our décorists will work within your given budget. Not sure what your budget is/should be? We can help you determine your budget based on your needs and styles.
